Description

Acorn Jelly(Dotori-muk) is a Korean food which is a jelly made from acorn starch. Although “muk” means “jelly”, when used without qualifiers, it usually refers to Dotorimuk.

Mung Bean(Cheongpo-muk) is a Korean muk, or jelly, made from mung bean starch. It is also called Nokdu-muk, which literally means ‘clear froth jelly,’ owing to its clear white color.

Chestnut-muk is a Korean muk, or jelly, made from Chestnut starch.

도토리묵은 도토리 녹말을 물에 풀어 끓인 다음 굳힌 음식으로 약간 떫으면서도 부드러운 맛이 납니다.

청포묵은 녹두전분으로 만든 묵입니다. 녹두묵이라고도  합니다.

밤묵은 알밤으로 만든 묵으로, 밤을 곱게 갈아 체에 거르고 가라앉은 앙금을 저어가며 약한 불에서 걸쭉하게 끓인 후 묵 틀에 붓고 굳힌 것입니다.
